So the hotels best feature is its location right in the heart of the old town area. So the sites are walkable as are dining options. However the breakfast offered is a mediocre continental one. My relatives bathroom flooded and I had to ask for a room change which did happen thankfully although not offered. The hotel plumbing is old and in need of repair. But it was clean and the beds are comfortable and room sizes aren't bad.overall.

Location, accommodations, and communication. Simple but comfortable. A basic facilities, and nice AC, elevator, and luggage storage.

Beautiful, unique property! Stunning views of the countryside. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely recommend!

The hotel is lovely and well located. Posh shopping right around the corner. Excellent restaurants all around and the one attached to the hotel is excellent. Staff is lovely. I had an old Italian room turned into a hotel room with the beautiful painted ceiling and all the gorgeous old world trimmings. So nice to see this waking and going to sleep. Beautifully done, so very pleased.

Such a unique experience. Clever design. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Florence. You don’t feel rushed. Great location.
