Queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Restaurants are a minute`s walk away. Perfect for couples.

The space
The apartment was designed with great attention to detail and has everything for a comfortable stay.

Bedroom: queen-size bed and blackout shades.

Living room: Smart TV, dining area and a laptop-friendly workspace.

Kitchen: stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Tea, coffee, oil and spices are provided.

Bathroom: shower, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.

Also included: fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), portable fans and a drying rack.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Contactless self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival. We don`t have our own luggage storage, but paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.

The neighbourhood
Laipu iela is a cobbled street right in the heart of Riga`s Old Town, next to Līvu Square. The Powder Tower, the Swedish Gate, the Dome Cathedral and Town Hall Square are all within a 5–10 minute walk, and countless restaurants, cafés and bars are just around the corner.

Getting around
Everything in the Old Town is within walking distance. The Central Station and bus station are about a 10–15 minute walk. For longer trips, Bolt taxis are fast and affordable. Paid parking is available nearby; note that car access to the Old Town is restricted.

Good to know
Please note: the apartment is in the lively centre of the Old Town, close to bars and restaurants. Music, voices and street noise can be heard late at night, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, and city cleaning and waste collection take place early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, please bring earplugs.
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building (200 EUR penalty); please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.

Parking: no private parking; most Old Town streets are closed to through traffic, so stop only where signs allow to unload luggage. Nearest garage: Europark Jēkaba Arkāde, Z. A. Meierovica bulvāris 8 (approx. 5 min walk), open 24/7 – approx. €3.60 per hour, €25 per 24 hours, €199 for 28 days (no weekly rate); pay in the EuroPark or Mobilly app or at the machine. Old Town street parking (city zone R): €5 for the first hour, €8 for each next hour, paid daily 06:00–24:00. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.

• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
