Sängyt oli erittäin huonoja, koko kylpyhuone haisi ihan hirveeltä ja viemärilta.. suihkun kaivo ei vetänyt kunnolla eli aina kun kävit suihkussa ni vesi nousi 5cm. Löydettiin muutamat torakat yöllä kun kävelivät lattialla. Ja aamupala oli huonointa mitä olen ikinä syönyt.

The beds were not very comfortable and there was a terrible smell in our bathroom the whole time. We come back once from sightseeing to find our door wide open with no cleaning staff anywhere in sight. Our door could be opened from the outside and this they resolved. I guess we got what we paid for.

Huoneita ei ollut siivottu saapuessamme hotelliin ja siivousta sai odottaa kaksi vuorokautta. Käytävät olivat pimeitä, pölyisiä ja ummehtuneita, kaiken päälle todella pahan hajuisia. Erityisen ikävää oli henkilökunnan asenne asiakkaita kohtaan, ei tervehditä, ei hymyä, ei halua asiakaspalveluun.

Nur zum Schlafen absolut ok, aber außerhalb

Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es ist ein Hotel zum Übernachten, nicht mehr, nicht weniger. - Check-in direkt um 14 Uhr verlief problemlos. - Zimmer ist absolut in Ordnung, WLAN funktioniert auch. - Frühstück war im Zimmerpreis nicht enthalten, hätte aber vor Ort für 5 € / Frühstück genommen werden können. (War nicht beim Frühstück.) - In der Lobby stehen Billardtisch, Kaffeeautomat und es können Getränke/Snacks aus einem Kühlschrank gekauft werden. - Im Zimmer fehlten die Handtücher, die aber nach einem Anruf bei der Rezeption sofort gebracht wurden. - Musste beim Check-in noch nicht bezahlen, kurz darauf rief die Rezeption im Zimmer an und sagte "you have to pay now" und bat mich wieder runter... - Trotz vereinbartem späteren Check-out wurde ich um 12 einmal per Telefon und zweimal von den Reinigungskräften an der Tür gebeten, das Zimmer zu räumen. Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet aber weit außerhalb. Apotheke, Café, Supermarkt und Kiost in der selben Straße. Ob es eine gute oder schlechte Gegend ist, kann ich nicht sagen, aber bei Nacht sieht es nicht einladend aus. Auch wenn es auf der Karte recht nah wirkt, kann man von der Altstadt zum Hotel kaum laufen. In etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel ist die nächste Straßenbahnstation. Von dort fährt man für 1,25 bzw 2,00 € in die Altstadt. Fahrtdauer ca. 15-20 Minuten. Die Bahn fährt bis ca. Mitternacht zurück, danach braucht man ein Taxi, welches ca. 9 € kostet.

Очень грязный номер

Отель расположен далеко от центра, но это не проблема, рядом остановка и можно без проблем добраться куда надо. Рядом есть магазин максима, чуть дальше рими. Примерно в километре большой тц. У отеля своя большая парковка, это несомненно плюс. Девушка на ресепшен была очень приветлива, объяснила на каком транспорте нам добраться до нужного места, на этом все + заканчиваются, я понимаю, что отель недорогой, но и ничего особенного мы от него не ждали. Номер очень грязный. На стенах грязь, бельё грязное, в волосах, спали в одежде. В душ не заходили даже, т.к. было страшно. Унитаз внутри весь черный, сантехника вся старая. Не знаю все ли номера такие ужасные или просто нам так не повезло.

Хороший отель для тех,к не ждёт пяти звёзд от трех

В целом понравилось, единственные недостатки, которые не очень приятны но которые можно легко исправить: в душе неравномерное распределение горячей и холодной воды, однотипные завтраки, которые сильно приедаются за две недели и фен сушит только холодным воздухом. В остальном нареканий нет- все хорошо=)

Very noise. No insulation between rooms. Paid for a double bed but got given two singles upon arrival with no apology. Simply told "We're out of doubles". Not impressed.
