「タリン、ビリニュスへ航空便で行くことを考えて空港の目の前のこのホテルにしました。リガ市街へのバス停も空港までの間にあり便利です。清潔で快適だし、朝食もビュッフェではなく作りたてを頂くので美味しかったです。コストパフォーマンスを考えてもお勧めのホテルです。」

「There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water. However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly? I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days. I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.」

「A very pleasant way to see Riga. Comfortable, clean and in the centre of town. Only problem was that we booked it for the pool and the pool doesn't come with the room although it says there is an indoor pool for the guests to enjoy. All the rest was great.」

The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy them, and by the evening, they were usually all gone. I borrowed a wheelchair several times when going out, and everyone was more than willing to help, which I truly appreciated. The location was fantastic too—there’s a Lido nearby, and the Old Town is just about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever visit Riga again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything!"

"チェックインの際、フロントの方の対応がとても迅速且つ的確で、安心してホテルでの滞在が出来ました。旧市街のど真ん中にあるホテルという訳ではないので、旧市街へは若干歩かないといけませんが、不便と感じる程ではないです。これはホテルの責任ではないのですが、私と同タイミングで宿泊していた一家の子供数人が、大声で叫びながら客室前の廊下で何度も何度も激しく走り回りうるさかったです…。この一家に対してとても不快な思いはしました。"

"We stayed for 3 nights on December 29th, 30th and 31st as a family of 4. We were told that dinner was included in the plan, but they suddenly said that they couldn't provide it. However, when we arrived on the day, we were given a voucher for a nearby restaurant of the same chain. The service at that restaurant is not so good, so I don't recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a variety of dishes and delicious food. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. You can see Riga's bus terminal and market from the room. It's a great location, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town, and supermarkets and malls are within walking distance. This is a recommended hotel in Riga."
