The staff were spectacular -very helpful and kind. Room was clean, and modern. Lobby was nice. Easy walk to town and train station with a small grocery store at the other end of the parking lot. Shower was not easy to climb into and wouldn’t work for tall people. Also, the temperature control was confusing and didn’t seem to change the temperature no matter how we changed it. Still- I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it.

Ice cubes

It wasn't possible to have some ice cubes. They were saying they didn't have any? That's the first hotel i have been to, where they don't (won't) give me ice cubes. In that case they should put the free water in the fridge instead of putting it on the table so it gets varm. Last thing was the juice at breakfast. It seams that the first juice in the morning are from the day before (99% sure) i think it's because there is a automatically juice refill machine. So they don't empty the bottles and clean them. Instead they put in the fridge for the next day. Glad i have my own juice in the minibar.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, mit sehr freundlichem, kompetenten Personal. Das Zimmer stand bereits eine Stunde vor CheckIn zur Verfügung. Saubere, komfortable Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und sehr bequemen Betten. Das Bad mit Badewanne war für uns kein Problem, für ältere Menschen eventuell problematisch. Ein Safe wäre wünschenswert. Kostenfreie Parkplätze und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet runden den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Direkt am Hotel befindet sich der Riesenhügel mit Braustube und Cocktailbar. Ideal, um den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Das Ortszentrum, die Elbe und die WT-Veranstaltungshalle sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Super toller Aufenthalt! Herzlicher Empfang! Das Personal ist so nett. Alles sehr persönlich und total freundlich. Das Zimmer war super sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Betten sind 1A, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen, sehr gutes Buffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel empfehlen. Recht herzlichen Dank für alles!

Wir haben während unserer Radtour auf dem Elberadweg das Hotel genossen. Die Räder wurden in einem tollen Raum abgestellt, es gab eine kostenlose Akku-Ladetasche (gegen Pfand) und zum Abschied einen Apfel als Wegezehrung. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
