Overall, we had a great stay and the hotel was very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel was the location. We would have liked being closer to more restaurants, shopping and sights.

My room was very clean and, while simple, quite comfortable and dark. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. My room didn't come with it, and the first morning I thought I'd give it a try to keep things easy. I ended up going back each morning to fill up. Honestly, is there anything better than German breakfast buffets? The only downside to the property is its distance from other places to eat (apart from the Novotel). But I found this easy to remedy by having a large early supper closer to town. The #16 and 17 trams are your friend, and the stop is at your door. A good value place to stay!
