Very understaffed for a very busy weekend in Pittsburgh as we were reminded by staff members numerous times! We arrived on a Friday & spent all day Saturday moving my granddaughter into college only to return exhausted to our uncleared room! No towels, etc. Very frustrating especially after I had gone back to the hotel to get something at 3 pm & checked with front desk to see if our room would be refreshed! Valet parking was a nightmare as not enough workers! We felt bad for them!!! And valet is the only choice if you need to have in & out privileges! Breakfast in the restaurant had good food but only 2 waitresses who were very unhappy as they rudely told guests “there are only two of us”. Beds were very small double beds! Will not stay there again as we return to Pittsburgh for many visits over the next few years!
