Spacious and clean room, cot was provided. Very friendly staff! Great play areas for kids.
Sadly the restaurant, Das Kulinarium, was closed and their own buffet could be improved on. Overall we had a really nice stay!

Had a great stay at the hotel. Loved the vibe there. The rooms are excellent, breakfast choices are amazing. Staff at reception were lovely. There were a couple of things which could have made the stay a complete 10/10 but this would not stop me from staying here again

We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. Room was renovated. Very clean and beds were comfy. Room was very spacious, which is a rarity these days. Staff were very helpful and nice. We only stayed a night as we were just passing through but definitely recommend.
