This newly renovated cute and cozy guest suite is a part of our residence. What once used to be an old motel we have turned into our home. Conveniently located near Cobleskill, Howes Caves, Oneonta, Cooperstown/Dream Parks (30 minutes), Albany, Lake Sacandaga and more!

Super impressed with the suite and hosts attention to deal. Didn't want for anything. She replied to every message immediately and even checked on us during our, stay. If I ever had a reason to be in the area, I would stay here again. Renters this is the country, and hosts don't usually stay at their own property. So, it's up to you to bring a fan or sound machine. Nice kitchenette and there are restaurants, but you will have to drive a bit. Laundry mat not far and everyone was very nice. Felt very safe and loved our stay. Thanks again to a very super host.

The perfect set up in a beautiful location

The perfect set up in a beautiful location this lovely apartment had everything we needed in the bed and sleeper sofa or so comfortable. We slept by each night thank you for your thoughtfulness and decorating and supplying the lovely VRBO apartment. With its darling well equipped kitchen including a microwave, small frig and optimal convection air fryer that also toasted, it had everything we needed in a quiet scenic location.

We were there for SUNY Cobleskill graduation weekend. The suite was very clean and very homey. The bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed and the decor in the entire suite was beautiful. It was very close to the college. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to others!

Cozy near Cobleskill

Perfect spot near SUNY Cobleskill for the weekend. Host want very accommodating & helpful. Place is quaint, clean & took care of all our needs. Would def recommend!

Country Suite

This country setting suite was convenient to Cooperstown where we were able to enjoy our grandson’s baseball tournament. Our host was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect!

This hidden gem was absolutely perfect for our visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was updated and the bed could not have been more comfortable. Super clean and cozy!! Shannon was fantastic to work with.

Baseball tournament

This was the perfect place! The Owner was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had enough towels for our stay. It was very clean and the pictures were spot on. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa was just what we needed for our teen. It was about 30 min from Oneonta which is where we had our game. I would definitely recommend!

Great visit

My 10 year old and I stayed here while my 12 year old was playing in Cooperstown. It was a great visit and Shannon was an awesome host. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this place for anyone considering staying

Clean and comfortable stay

I had a quick stay here for a golf tournament at Leatherstocking in Cooperstown. The apartment was clean and comfortable and communicating with Shannon was very easy. Shannon was very accommodating and the check-in process was extremely easy. Thank you for a great stay!
