リチモンドのダウンタウン以外での宿泊としておすすめです。
リチモンドのダウンタウンから車で20分位掛りますが、非常に環境の良い所に有りました。 フロントの対応も比較的良かった。 常時では無いがフロントに日本語の話せる方がいた、また私は会いませんでしたが夜のバーには 日本人の女性いるようです。

We stayed on the 6th floor, at 8:30 this morning they started doing renovations ont he 7th floor. Hammering, banging right above our room. Out in the hall way I had to hold my ears it was so loud. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom sink was clogged. A very different experience then our first stay here, be try disappointing.

When I arrived they upgraded my room without me even asking which was nice. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the room was really small.

The employees were so nice, explained everything to us with amenities, pantry, dinning. I would definitely recommend people staying here!

The front desk staff was amazing and let me check in early. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the toilet was running for an hour while I was trying to sleep. I flushed it again and it stopped.

Reception people very nice and friendly. We got coupons for two free beers in the restaurant. Food was great. Room very comfortable, nice hot shower. We will return whenever in the area.

Great hotel
The employees there are super nice and know what they’re doing. The check in and check out process was easy and fast. The room was clean and well-stocked with what we needed. We love this hotel and it’s location!

From the start this was a great stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The property was clean and well maintained. It was quiet abs relaxing. The bed was actually comfortable not hard like other places.
