Welcome to your perfect home away from home in the heart of downtown Richfield, Utah! This spacious, brand-new two-bedroom condo was designed with comfort, style, and convenience in mind—and we’re so excited to share it with you.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll love the stunning third-floor views, beautiful décor, and easy keyless self check-in (no keys, no waiting—just punch in your code and relax). Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this condo truly has everything you need.

The space comfortably sleeps up to seven guests, with an incredibly soft king bed in the main bedroom, a cozy queen bed in the guest room, plus a full sleeper sofa and a surprisingly comfortable twin sleeper chair in the living room. With plush pillows and quality linens, a great night’s sleep is practically guaranteed.

You’ll enjoy two full bathrooms, including a stunning walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub/shower combo in the guest bath—perfect for families. We provide clean towels, travel-size toiletries, blow dryers, and extra linens so you can travel light and stay comfortable.

The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy and enjoyable, featuring brand-new appliances, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, and dishware (including kid-friendly options). There are also games, movies, and plenty of space to relax and unwind together.

Wonderful property, on the 3rd floor of the condo. Very spacious, new, and well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. Bed was very comfortable.

We were in the area to see the Pando and Fish Lake which was one beautiful 40 minute drive away. The luxury condo was pristine, new, clean, beds are extremely comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice condo

We had a brief stay in this new condo. It's in a pretty central location right off the highway(but not on the busy road). It ws a comfortable place with plenty of kitchen amenities. We would stay again. Check in was easy. The property manager responded in a timely manner. The only issue/non-issue is the shower in the master bath doesn't have a door or curtain and the glass wall doesn't protect against water from getting on the floor. Last thing, weird question: do you know what brand of the sofa is?

Look no further and book this place! Brand new, super clean, prime location, and barely costs more than a hotel. SO worth it!!! Melanie was a perfect host—communicative, responsive, and even accommodated a late check out! Their furnishing and everything is very thought through with everything you need and even black out curtains. Plus the master closet is perfect size for a pack n play which made having our baby in our room so much easier. Covered parking. We will be staying here again for sure!
