After booking a 3 stars hotel we been moved to a 2 stars hotel. No refund on price difference, staff nice and polite. The room was nowhere near renovated as advertised, split beds (very uncomfortable). The included breakfast did not had alternatives except for sweets. usually being a buffet, instead we been served by the kitchen staff.

Hotel accogliente e ottima colazione

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centrale. La camera era carina con letto e cuscino comodi, set di cortesia in bagno. Tuttavia non era presente il minibar e la stanza risultava poco insonorizzata, si sentivano rumori e voci delle persone dall'altra parte della parete. La colazione all'europea propone una grande varietà tra dolce e salato, un buffet continuanente rifornito e di qualità eccellente. Personale cordiale. Consiglio di prenotare il parcheggio presso l'hotel in quanto lungo le strade è difficile riuscire a trovare un parcheggio per l'auto.

Le mie valutazioni sono riferite all'Hotel Bellini di Riccione in quanto al Selene a causa di un problema non potevano ospitarci. I proprietari sono gli stessi e viste la professionalità, disponibilità, gentilezza dimostrata nel risolvere il problema sono sicuro che anche all'Hotel Selene i parametri di valutazione siano gli stessi. Le due strutture sono poco distanti tra loro, e per entrambe è disponibile un parcheggio sotterraneo a circa 500m di distanza. Consigluato !

Hotel datato ma per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato andava più che bene. personale gentile e cordiale, reception carina, colazione abbondante e di qualità sia dolce che salata. Camere un po' datate ma equipaggiate con tutto, compresi saponi vari, TV e comodo balcone con sedie e tavolino. Lo consiglio

Non so se essere un cliente gold mi dia o no dei "privilegi"' ma la camera assegnatami era veramente piccola, il bagno era piccolo e i letti stretti e scomodi. STANZA num. 60 da evitare. Comunque la struttura e' centrale e vicina al mare. Peccato che un gruppo di ragazzi ospiti sia stato per due ore" Stravaccati " fuori dell'hotel nella zona comune di ospitalita' con i piedi e scarpe sui tavoli e relative sedie e nessuno dell'hotel sia intervenuto spiegando gentilmente che non stavano nel giardino di casa loro.

Ottima posizione, servizio, cortesia del personale e posizione. Camere un po’ piccole, in particolare la nostra che non era una doppia ma più una singola a uso doppia (lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception)

Malgré de graves inondations qui ont suspendu les trains, fait écrouler des ponts, coupé les autoroutes, délocaliser des habitants, fermer les écoles et tuer des gens, l'hôtel a décidé que je devais payer la totalité d'un séjour que je n'ai absolument pas fait, ayant dû rentrer d'urgence en Suisse puisqu'aucun transport ne pouvait me permettre de les rejoindre. C'est une honte.
