The apartment is internally composed as follows: an entrance with a green wooden door, stairs, table with chairs. An eat-in kitchen with fridge, freezer, 4-burner stove, electric oven, dishwasher, TV, boiler, crockery, pots, pans, baking trays, testo for piadina, grill pan, aluminum and glass lids, plates, glasses, provisions , LAVAZZA coffee machine A MODO MIO and MOKA coffee maker for 6. A living room, with oval table, bar cabinet, TV, sofa bed, chest and bookcase. First double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers and TV. Second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. A bathroom with built-in bathtub and shower, bidet, toilet and sink with mirror and cabinet. An attic storage room with cleaning supplies and a washing machine. Guests have access to all parts of the apartment. The radiator heating of the whole apartment is in all the bedrooms, while the Galletti hot/cold/humidity heat pump air conditioners are present only in the bedrooms. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2015, the systems are up to standard and fully functional, with all the certifications and user manuals.

Perfect for our family!

Clean, cool, beautiful property for a family reunion. Easy walking distance to beach or centre. Lovely well-kept garden. Comfortable beds and furniture and well stocked kitchen. Stephen was friendly and helpful. Thankyou!

Great house for family holiday

We felt at home very quickly in this lovely house. The space was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the garden area during the day and in the evening. Very well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook family meals with a large fridge and freezer. Just a ten minute walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants and the local supermarket is just five minutes away. Good value for money.

Die Zeit in der Villa Renata war sehr schön. Man hat es nicht weit bis zum Strand und mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten hat man genug Platz. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten eigenet sich super zum Grillen und abhängen. Die ganze Wohnung war schön sauber und ausreichent eingerichtet.

Una riuscitissima vacanza tra amici

Ci siamo recati a Riccione in 9, di età compresa tra i 17 e i 20 anni, subito dopo la fine della scuola. Fin da subito il proprietario si è dimostrato flessibile per l'orario della consegna della casa e per il resto. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e in ordine, anche se magari alcuni dettagli sarebbero da mettere a posto. Abbiamo sempre potuto festeggiare senza problemi e ci siamo divertiti un sacco. Il giardino crea di certo un plusvalore, in estate le grigliate all'aperto sono d'obbligo! La spiaggia era facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Posso quindi consigliare vivamente questa villetta per il vostro soggiorno!

Casa fantastica!

Casa e ferie fantasiche!!! Con la mia famiglia composta da tre persone e due cani (pastori svizzeri bianchi) abbiamo trascorso in questa casa delle ferie fantastiche,non manca nulla,dallo spazio interno enorme,ad un giardino accogliente. La casa situata in una zona deliziosa, appena fuori dal centro ma tutto subito a portata di mano,accoglienza e cortesia eccellenti. Un grazie al proprietario,a chi ci ha accolto,a Riccione ed alla cortesia romagnola che sempre si distingue.... Un saluto e speriamo di tornarci.... Famiglia Migliorati

Siamo stati benissimo

La casa è assolutamente stupenda, con un bel giardino e barbecue. La zona è tranquilla e a meno di 10 min dal centro. La consiglio, noi possibilmente torneremo. Padrone di casa molto genti le e disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Soggiorno fantastico

il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo. La villetta ha un ampio giardino con veranda dove ci si può rilassare. Le camere sono luminose e spaziose. Sicuramente la terrò come base per le mie prossime vacanze a Riccione.

...Villa Renata è un posto speciale, abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in questa splendida casa elegante, spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di ogni confort!.Giardino privato di ampia metratura, curato con amore e dedizione! Vacanza Perfetta!

...Abbiamo soggiornato presso Villa Renata per 5 giorni, accoglienza impeccabile ma sopratutto calorosa, la casa bellissima, luminosa, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Valore aggiunto il meraviglioso giardino privato, spazioso, curato con amore e dedizione dal proprietario. Posizione assolutamente strategica, in zona residenziale molto tranquilla ma a pochi minuti da tutti i servizi. La casa è perfetta per qualsiasi vacanza lunghi e brevi periodi.
