Senti a falta de um microondas e chaleira no quarto. Não gosto de utilizar ar condicionado para dormir, tentei abrir a porta da varanda, porém não abria, sendo que os demais colegas que se hospedaram comigo, disse que a do quarto deles estava normal. na recepção fui informado que fica trancado mesmo. a academia o aúdio da tv estava ruim. o café abria muito tarde para quem utiliza para trabalho a hospedagem

Como viajamos em família — casal com três filhos pequenos — sempre solicito uma atenção especial, já que a recepção com crianças pode ser uma verdadeira “aventura”. Gostaria de agradecer pela agilidade, educação e profissionalismo da Thais e da Jéssica nesta última estadia. Ao chegarmos, o check-in já estava realizado e os cartões prontos em mãos, o que facilitou muito. O hotel no geral é muito bom. Limpo, com um bom atendimento, quarto e banheiro amplos e limpos. Sentimos falta de bons travesseiros e de cobertores. Não havia nenhum cobertor disponível no quarto e apenas um travesseiro por pessoa que também não era bom. O café da manhã é excelente. Só senti falta de um bom pão de fermentação natural.
