Great location inside a mall area. Easy parking with the vallet, though the attendants at the vallet aren't welcoming. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Reasonable cost benefit.

Everything was good, only issue is there’s no water fountains and no supplied water in the rooms so whenever you’re thirsty you have to go all the way down to the lobby

Ficar no Ibis é sempre uma emoção, você apenas torce para nada dar errado e tenta seguir a sua estadia em paz. No meu quarto, dei falta do aviso de porta "Não Perturbe/Arrume Meu Quarto", solicitei na recepção e uma das funcionárias me disse que o hotel não disponibilizava o aviso, o que achei muito bizarro, pois me hospedo regularmente em diversos Ibis, e ainda me garantiu que era apenas solicitar quando eu saísse e que ninguém me incomodaria de manhã cedo. O que aconteceu no dia seguinte? A arrumadeira bateu na minha porta às 8h da manhã. Expliquei a situação e ela me passou - muito constrangida, coitada - que a recepcionista estava obviamente enganada e me entregou o aviso de porta. Não sei se falta treinamento ou boa vontade. Fora isso, a falta de educação de sempre dos hóspedes, fazendo muito barulho no corredor, e eu fiquei num quarto bem distante do elevador justamente para fugir desse tipo de situação. Acredito que a rede como um todo deveria fazer uma campanha de respeito ao silêncio por parte dos hóspedes ao andar pelos corredores. Mas isso é muito mais uma questão de edução e respeito uns aos outros do que um problema em si do Ibis.
