I’ve stayed for 3 nights. The location was perfect. The property was amazing. The only thing that I didn't like was the bed sheet. I didn’t feel them new as it should be. Everything else was perfect.

Lady at check-in, very abrupt, man was very pleasant.
great location, 2 lifts, great size apartment, clean but bathroom is very tired and needs refresh, on arrival only 1 small towel, day 3 room serviced and fresh towels ( 2 bath & 2 hand) internet is hit and miss, take time to connect but then is ok, great air con, lots of hot water.
The down side and negatives, 07.30 each morning children in apartment screaming, a dog jumping around on wooden floors, 01.00 - 04.00 friday and saturday the noise from the nightclub opposite is dreadful.
so many good points but the bad points need to be addressed

"Awful stay here - it took staff 25 minutes to arrive after I called them the lady on the phone was ridiculously rude. Upon arrival, he didn’t say hello just asked for my passports and gave me a key - I asked where do I go and he pointed down the corridor . No restaurant available or bar to have. ..."
