"Chambre très basique (ressemble à une chambre d'hôpital..), salle de bain avec horrible cabine de douche en plastique plutôt sale...chzmbre malgré tout bien équipé, chauffage, clim., sèche serviette.. Calme.. Dommage également que le petit déj ne soit servi qu'à partir de 7h30 et en aucun cas avant.. Rien pour compenser en plus! Rien de véritablement catastrophique mais ne vaut pas le tarif payé. "Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. "Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. A main issue was that the service at the restaurant was very much sub-par, disorganized and somewhat chaotic. This was not the fault of the servers as they were doing their best to meet the demand and expectations while running around to serve multiple tables. The restaurant and bar just appeared understaffed. This made it difficult to have a relaxing lunch or dinner. Also, the gym had minimal equipment and not up to the expected standard for such a large and luxurious hotel. An outdoor pool with bar and snack-bar would have been nice too!"

"Great historic building, with superb public transport options within metres. Rooms are a good size, and comfortable. Good modern bathroom an suite. An excellent breakfast buffet, with lots of choice. We also used the restaurant, which offered good options at reasonable prices. All the staff we mer, were friendly, bright, and helpful."

"Excellent ! Nous avons passé une nuit d’étape dans ce très bel hôtel pour prendre l’avion le lendemain, c’est devenu rare en France dans cette gamme. Tout est au rdv pour être qualifié excellent : confort, propreté, calme, accueil, prestations. Je recommande fortement ! Rien à redire ! Il faut être véhiculé pour y venir. (Un seul bémol c’est la moquette qui fait éternuer les personnes soumises aux allergies)"

"We loved how this place was at the centre of the hub of Lyon and everything is very accessible by it’s proximity to train stations, buses and trans right in front of the Hotel, main shopping centre, Westfield and La Fayette mall. The place is very clean, comfortable beds, the staffs were very friendly, easy to ask favors from, Service oriented. The proximity to food stores and restaurants are also very close which make it a very convenient place to stay whilst in Lyon, Overall we highly recommend this place especially if you are on a budget."
