Since this is a hotel I would love to stay at again, I would really appreciate it if you could improve the Wi-Fi by making it more stable and faster. "朝食はビュッフェ形式で種類が豊富。7階の食堂からモンブランを眺めながら食事ができる。部屋は新しく綺麗。エアコン(クーラー)はなかった？部屋に入ると窓が開いていて涼しかった。閉めると暑いので、窓を開けて涼んでいた。立地は、Chamonix sudからは15分程度歩く。"

"駅から近くアクセスしやすいです。隣が大型ショッピングモールなので食事にも便利でした。部屋は狭いですが、高層タワーのため展望は良かったです。ホテル1Fの入口が工事中で、どこから入って良いのか迷いました。工事中の作業員の方が親切で、迷っているところをエレベーターまで案内してくれました。フロントの対応は事務的でした。他のホテルでは、デポジットの支払を求められることはなかったですが、今回はクレジットカードから100€の支払が必要でした。（チェックアウト時に返金処理されるとの説明でしたが、正しく処理されるか不安です。）また宿泊税についての説明が一切なかったのに、チェックアウト時に受け取った明細書には支払の記載があったので、フロントの対応として説明を必ずするべきだと思いました。"
