Overall it is a very nice little house to stay at. We are a family of 4 (3yr and 8mo old). Had a pack-n-play and lots of space. Location was great for all of our adventures: Mt. Hood, Cascade Locks, Zigzag trails, even drove out to Eugene to see family.
Few issues, we checked in on a Saturday and Tuesday went to Eugene for the day got home late didn't realize the fridge had died. Called the management company early Wednesday to let them know. All of our food went bad, the fridge was warm so we had to toss it all - freezer died with the fridge...lost the ice cream :( . Hard thing to deal with when you're really trying not to eat out on a trip with little kids. They did comp us one nights say, which was very nice. Received a call on Thursday that they found a fridge to bring over, but by that point we had decided to cut our trip short and head to a hotel near Portland for Friday night (left Sat morning). Thursday night we picked up some popcorn to watch a movie with our 3 yr old - the microwave wasn't working. It did earlier in the week so our assumption is that it was on the same circuit as the fridge BUT when looking in the panel nothing was blown - so unsure. I did email the company again on Thursday and on Friday to let them know we were leaving and the reasons why.
The house description is spot on - fully stocked kitchen for cooking, big rooms, beds were comfortable. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking in the woods - it rained the entire time we were there, but hey...that's Oregon! EASY check in/out process. I hate spiders and this house has some monsters out in the yard and the outside light by the front door - be warned :) also found some in the house as well, not as big but enough to freak me out - husband had to go on a spider hunt for me the first day and we continued to find them throughout the stay. House is in a wooded area but still freaked me out. Neighborhood is very nice, did lots of walks to help get the 'wiggles' out of the 3 yr old, everyone we ran into was very nice. Did not go to the club house, walked by though, looked nice.
Over all we would stay there again due to the location and the size of the house for our family - appliances need to be fixed and spiders need to go :)
