Best hotel in Speyer, by far. Brand new, beautiful design and finishes. The attention to detail is remarkable (from USB C plugs, to the quality of the beds, towels etc, free TV Apps etc). The location is perfect opposite the ancient Cathedral. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. You have a choice of two restaurants for lunch and dinner: traditional Greek and an upscale modern restaurant with excellent cuisine. The hosts are incredibly sweet and made us feel at home from the first moment...

Just super nice hotel

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. A little out of the way but if you arrive in time you can take the Klum train up the hill right behind the drop point behind the castle.

Excellent location and very clean room. Grateful for the fresh snacks upon arrival.

The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

Everything is spectacular, stuff, room, breakfast, location

Since it's small, it had a more intimate feel. We loved how close it is to the many Christmas markets, old bridge, Philosophers' Walk, and old castle. Taking bus 32 from the train station drops you right at the hotel! We would stay here again. We stayed in December and it was plenty warm.

Wow, right outside the famous Heidelberg towers and our rooms over looked the bridge and the river! Perfection. Beautiful old world sitting room to grab a coffee and wait for the rest of our group! We were so lucky to be there for Christmas Markets. It was perfect

I didn’t speak German and the front desk staff were so helpful and spoke great English. The included breakfast was so delicious. You couldn’t beat their location. It was in the middle of everything. My daughter is at the university there so when I visit I will stay there.

Clean room staff

I liked the location, it was in the middle of the city! I enjoyed the drink I had at the bar and the staff was very accommodating, the only thing I wish they had was a laundry room!

Clean, modern, large rooms, free garage parking, 100 meters from a tram station providing quick and easy access to center city Heidelberg.

Nice hotel with a good Restuarant. Convenient location with Aldis close by.
