You could follow walks along the River Blyth, over Bailey Bridge, or take a short ferry ride to the Blackshore, Southwold’s historic harbour – with a choice of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Head across Southwold Common (1.5 miles) or along the beach to the town’s iconic seafront, lined with beach huts and featuring a landmark lighthouse and pier. Southwold is home to the Adnams Brewery, alongside an excellent choice of independent stores, galleries and fine food purveyors. Visit the store or book a tour for a true taste of local life. Located on a quiet residential close, this stylish holiday home sits midway between Walberswick’s historic church and its unspoilt beach.
