The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, 4-door hanging shelf with 43” TV. In the kitchenette there is a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a modern oven, an induction hob and a microwave. A built-in dishwasher and washing machine with dryer function is also included. A glass table and chairs for 4 people as well as crockery for cooking and serving complete the equipment. It is possible to prepare all meals yourself. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, washbasin with a shelf. The hall has a wardrobe for jackets, coats and shoes. Parking is free of charge in the underground car park on an associated parking space. The apartment on the 1st floor can be easily reached via an elevator. Pets are not allowed in the apartment! Smoking is not permitted in the apartment!
