"Horrible experience. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets had hair all over them and even visible shoe marks, which was unacceptable. I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, but I was informed that no other rooms were available. The staff provided clean sheets after I requested them, but overall, the room's cleanliness and condition were very disappointing. I would not stay here again. Not a safe area and nothing like the pictures on Expedia."

"The location is steps from the Golden 1 center , great for events or graduations. Also location is near downtown yet didn’t have time to explore. Rooms are clean yet dated. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Sac."

"The staff (bellhop) was incredibly rude to my husband on our way out in the morning. My husband went to get a luggage cart and the bellhop rudely snapped at my husband saying he couldn’t use it and that “this isn’t a Motel 6”. Also I feel like I over paid for what we had in our room. The “down” comforters had zero done sewn inside them and it felt like we just had thin sheets as covers instead of having a nice thick comforter. Also, Motel 6 has thicker comforters on their beds!"

"Friendly staff informed us of free golf cart rides almost to the A’s ballpark-just had to walk across the River bridge to the field! Wonderful views of the state capitol on the ride! Rooftop pool & bar were beautiful; drink & food specials, delicious, and the music, GREAT! Restaurants and shops in DOCO area were right out the back door! Good coffee in the lobby while waiting for our car was enjoyable!"

"The check in was good. The breakfast was not ready at 0715 the next morning- even though breakfast was served from 0700. I was able to get ice for my water bottle the first morning. The 2nd and 3rd day, no staff was around so I did not get any ice and when I wanted to use the water dispenser in the dining room area, water only came up from the bottom and spilled on the floor. At check out, no staff in site or around. Could not tell any one that my room’s shower was backing up when I took my showers! Lastly, we are in the 21st century. They have signs that you can use for room service if you need it, but it says MAID SERVICE!!!!!!"
