The hotel is right next to the water and everything is in walking distance. The London Bridge was right next to it and it was so cool. The hotel is not only good for kids, but also for adults. I would HIGHLY suggest this hotel to anyone! "

"Quiet at night. Our room was clean and modern/updated. Beds/sheets were great. We all got a good night sleep. Early mid week breakfast options. Not in downtown, but close driving distance to the bridge and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy."

We went to check in at 2, and the front office then said they could not guarantee a room until 5pm. On the email, the check-in was at 3; however, the front desk said check out was between 3 and 5. We were then moved to a different room, different to what we had paid for. "
