"Rooms where half done. Tile grout in shower was done halfway and not done correctly. Numbers sequence was off, all over the place going from 178 to 198 and back to 180. Had me going around property several times around the whole property to find the right room. Room doors where damage and broken in this hotel was a disgrace and a big problem"

"This hotel was horrible. We got a suite because we needed the sofa bed. The room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn’t work so it was difficult to take luggage up to the top floor. The room was big but very outdated, mysterious stains on the carpet. Hot water didn’t work to take a shower, no towels, no extra bedding for the sofa bed. I even asked the FD person why offer a sofa bed if you offer no additional bedding for it? No towels in the bathroom… also the street light shines in through the window I had to put a chair in front to block the light. Horrible horrible stay"

"We were given a room with dirty sheets, trash in the trash cans and no working phone. We had to walk back down without belongings. We informed the person that checks us in and his response was as if he didn’t care, no apology at all! We informed him that we had pictures and he didn’t want to see them. We were given another room and it also felt dirty so we asked to cancel the booking. Now we need to wait to see when we get our money back. What a disappointment! "
