"Nice place, quiet neighborhood, extremely great communication and service from property managers. Behind beds in kids room had trash that hadn't been cleaned and between cushions on couch there was some dirt. Minisplit Ac/heat units may need cleaning as they seemed musty smelling at first. That was my only complaints and not anything that was real bad. Enjoyed our stay there and wish I would have had more time there. I would come back and stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us!"

"The little home was wonderful and it was so well decorated and cute. The hosts are very accommodating. However, it was quite a ways to find something to eat and we did go there to be able to hike in the park. Unfortunately mother nature brought us rain for the 3 days we were there so we weren't able to do much. It is very cozy and if we get an opportunity to come that way I would definitely stay again."

"Forest Acres is a beautiful area and the home has tremendous charm. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much and will definitely look into booking other homes in the future with the same hosts in Columbia. The home is beautifully updated and the basement is an amazing space. We also loved the backyard. We love Forest Acres but may look at their other properties closer to campus on our next visit. Highly recommend!"
