Bilal at the concierge and supper friendly was great
The first room we had had a mold like smell and made us sick , the carpet was outdated and dirty ( the whole hotel carpet). We had a water leak in the bathroom from the above floor while my daughter was in the shower. It took over 5 hours to have a new room . The breakfast was just ok . The music coming from the 3rd floor bar/lounge was too loud that we could heard it from the room

The room is amazing, very spacious, cleans and well taken care of. My main issue with the hotel are 2 things. The key card keeps randomly not working and the pool is very small.

"A neat hotel but by no means it should be considered “Luxurious” as they advertise. Food was very average and the property is alcohol free so couldn’t have a glass of wine with our meal. Not a place we would go back to even though the staff were very good."
