The living room features a large, comfortable corner sofa and a television area for your moments of relaxation, as well as a sleek dining area. The separate bedroom, a true cocoon of softness with its cozy double bed, also includes a functional desk space for your professional needs.

House Rules

No smoking: It is strictly forbidden to smoke, even at the window.

Animals: Pets are not allowed.

Events/Parties: Parties or other events are strictly prohibited.

Respect for the property: Take care of the furniture and equipment provided for your use.

Respect for the neighborhood: Please respect the quiet of the building during your stay.

Illegal activities: Any illicit activity (trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate sanctions.

Damage: Any damage caused during your stay will be charged.

Respect for the environment: Please!
Do not set the heating in the accommodation to excessive temperatures!!

For any request, including in case of emergency, please contact us directly via the booking platform. This allows us to respond to you more quickly, and we will know how to contact you if necessary.

Arrival Procedure

Arrival: From 4:00 PM only, with autonomous access. The details will be available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.

Information Collection and Security Deposit

For the sake of safety and protection of the properties we manage, we have implemented a few simple steps to be completed before your arrival:

Proof of identity: We require proof of identity for every adult traveler present at the time of booking. This ensures secure management for everyone.

Security deposit: On certain platforms, a security deposit may be requested to cover any potential damages. This amount is fully refunded within 7 days after your departure, following inspection of the property.

This information must be provided in a dedicated form that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. This form is perfectly secure and the information collected is used only for the purpose of the booking. Once this form is completed, you will receive access to a practical application to organize your stay.

This registration form has been implemented to ensure the security of the properties we manage, as well as to allow you autonomous arrival at the time of your choice. If, however, this procedure poses a problem for you for reasons of security, confidentiality, internet access, or any other reason, you have the option to send us the requested information by email, or to visit our agency directly during our opening hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and
Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, by appointment.

All this information will be gathered in a form to be completed that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. Once this form is filled out, you will receive access to a dedicated application containing:

Essential information about your stay (Wi-Fi codes, rules to follow, etc.)

A guide to the city and its must-see attractions

Departure Procedure (Check-Out)

Before leaving the property, we ask you to:
Remove the bed sheets and gather all dirty laundry.
Do the dishes.
Take out the trash: Place the bags in the street after 6:00 PM.
The keys must be returned to the same place as when you arrived.

Departure: Departures must take place before 11:00 AM at the latest. We no longer accept late departures due to repeated abuse.

You will be able to arrive independently from 4:00 PM by collecting the keys from a lockbox. We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival in the early afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute. Thank you for your understanding and see you soon!
