Could be quant with couple updates + better clean

The service was good. It’s family owned and they were very kind and accommodating best the their abilities. The main things I disliked was the hall strongly smelling of cigarettes and weed (our room smelled fine), and the shower room having an unpleasant smell, and seemed like there was mould on the ceiling above the shower. The floors seemed like they could also use a bit better cleaning, but the beds seemed clean, and were decently comfortable. They accommodated our family of 5, and had a baby bed available upon request a day in advance.

It is not even hotel. We couldn’t wait to get out as it felt very sketchy. I have booked cheaper hotels but not this poor quality. I belive lot of people live here on daily basis who can’t afford housing.

Do not recommend

Hotel was quite dirty and much below expected standard. Toothpaste leftovers on the sink in my room, and common toilets for floor haven't been cleaned properly for at least couple of months. Walls so thin you could hear each word from neighboring room. Bedsheets were clean.

DO NOT STAY HERE

We refuse to spend the night in this place. Not only was it not as advertised, it was filthy, and quite likely dangerous. We did not feel safe, and promptly left. Prostitutes and dunks were outside the entrance, and it was obvious that this is the type of hotel a prostitute takes a customer for an hour or so. I cannot believe this was even listed on Travelocity.

Awful. Do not stay there.

Family room we booked turned out to be 2 doubles which is not great with 3 small children. No help from staff. One room was smoking room. Dusty. Dirty. Noisy. Smelly. Condoms over smoke alarms. photos on website are hugely misleading. Only plus was that we could park outside the front door but this was luck rather than judgment.

La façade de l’hôtel s'est effondrée deux jours avant ma venue programmée. L’hôtel a néanmoins attendu 20h le soir de ma venue pour me prévenir, ce qui m’a forcée à prendre une chambre de dernière minute dans un autre hôtel. C’est inadmissible. Je comprends que l’effondrement ne dépend pas d’eux mais il aurait été convenable de me prévenir ou bien de me reloger gratuitement.

Les couloirs un peu étroits donnent sur des chambres très confortables. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour ; je n'ai pas pris l'option petit-déjeuner, je n'ai donc pas de commentaire à faire à ce sujet. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pas cher mais très confortable !

Hôtel bien situé. La chambre n’était pas propre. La douche était abîmée avec des joints et carrelage à refaire. Les toilettes ne sont pas dans la chambre… deux grands lits (clic-clac). C’est la première fois que j’ai eu envie de partir en voyant la chambre. Je ne suis restée q’une nuit. Heureusement le personnel est très sympa mais ça ne suffit pas à passer une bonne nuit. Les murs ne sont pas épais et l’on entendait tout.

Nous n’avons pas pu y passer la nuit. Nous avons découvert que les matelas étaient complètement moisis, il manquait 3 lattes au lit (cotes à cotes) impossible de s’y coucher du coup! Le ménage n’était pas fait, les sanitaires étaient immondes, le rideau de douche était dégoûtant… nous avons dû quitter les lieux avec nos enfants, et trouver un autre hébergement. Le tarif est là pour attirer la clientèle, mais bien se fier aux avis qui sont quasi tous unanimes. Je ne comprends pas que cet établissement soit ouvert, il y a un sacré problème d’hygiène.

Le personnel est très agréable et facilite l'arrivée. Une meilleure chambre était disponible, qui m'a été proposée, geste commercial très agréable. Les chambres sont au standard annoncé, très bon rapport qualité prix.
