Charming 4-Bedroom, 2-Bath Beach Cottage – Just Blocks from the Beach and Downtown Rehoboth!
Our family’s beloved beach cottage has been passed down through three generations, and we're excited to share it with you. Located just two blocks from the beach, Funland, and Rehoboth Avenue, it’s the perfect spot for your getaway.
The house is situated at the corner of Bayard Ave and Munson, only a 7-10 minute walk to the sand and surf and a 5-minute stroll to the shops, restaurants, and activities along Rehoboth Avenue.
Home Features:
Bedrooms: 4 cozy, comfortable bedrooms – 2 kings on the second floor, 1 queen, and 2 twins on the first floor. All beds are made up for your arrival with fresh linens and towels provided.
Living Room: Relax with the family while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Every bedroom also has its own TV.
Sun Porch: Perfect place to unwind, people watch or enjoy a book
High-Speed Internet: Stay connected and stream your favorite content with high-speed wireless internet throughout the home.

A perfect RB getaway

It was a perfect little early Spring getaway at this wonderful cottage only a few blocks from the boardwalk/beach! It was clean, bright, comfortable, and we loved sitting in the sunroom drinking coffee. It was such a peaceful stay and the cottage definitely has good energy! The owners were incredibly responsive, friendly, kind, and respectful. We will definitely be back!

Girls annual getaway

We absolutely enjoyed this property at 301 Bayard in Rehobeth beach. The decor was right up our alley, we are four older ladies, and everything was so comfortable.

Spring Getaway

We had such a lovely spring getaway at this adorable Rehoboth beach spot! The place had a clean, simple charm with a perfect ocean vibe that immediately made us feel relaxed. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the boardwalk, great shopping, and some of our favorite spots like Dogfish Head.We spent our days lounging on the beach, biking around town, and unwinding in the sunroom with coffee and a good book. The beds were super comfy, and everything was well-kept and tidy. It’s a perfect little home base for enjoying everything Rehoboth has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

Great week at the beach!

This was our second year staying at this property. It really is a charming cottage. Location is great, close to beach and restaurants. Christina, property manager, is super responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Cozy cottage walking distance from everything

Once we arrived at this vintage Rehoboth Beach cottage, we biked, hiked, walked the beach, toured an art exhibit, ate terrific restaurant meals and shopped - without getting into our car. The cottage is comfortable and inviting, with a newly updated kitchen - the perfect home away from home!

Adorable, comfortable cottage in great location

My family (two adults, one 11 year old and 2 pups) had a great time at this lovely beach cottage in late March. We lucked out with amazing weather and the cottage was even cuter in-person with more than enough room for us. We'd love to come back in the summer months. We didnt need our car at all - walked to dinner and shops the beach. Owners were very responsive when I had some issues getting into the house. House was clean and very pretty, bedding was great and owners even had dog treats!

Cute cottage in excellent location

We stayed here with a full house (5 adults, toddler and a dog) and had a great trip! Lots of helpful information from Christy and supplies, including items for our pup and toddler. Could walk everywhere, even to a yoga class. Would highly recommend for a beach trip.

Amazing Home!

We are so happy to have found this property. The location and size were perfect for our family. I could go on and on, but basically, book this house. The host is so nice and responsive, and it is hard to find rentals that are so well taken care of. We didn't want to leave, and we will look to come back.

Can't beat the location!

We stayed at the classic beach cottage and had a wonderful time with our family. We were walking distance from the beach, shops, and my childhood favorite - Funland! Our pooch enjoyed the neighborhood walks and all the sweet touches from dog pillows to bowls, my parents both read on the private porch, and my husband enjoyed the TVs in every bedroom. I personally loved the sunroom and bedroom sizes. Overall wonderful visit!

Terrific Stay for Long Weekend (Family of 5)

Our family stayed in Rehoboth for a long weekend (3 nights) and had a terrific stay. The location to the beach, food, and shopping was perfect. The cottage was "as advertised" and was "charming". Parking passes were helpful (only wish was two parking spaces in the driveway or ON location). All in all we had a ton of fun and we enjoyed our stay. The cottage was ideal for our family, especially the location.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved our time here. This house feels like a “home away from home.” It was so cozy and clean. The living room was more spacious in person than in the pictures which was great for our baby. The host also provided some baby items for us and was great with communication. The location of the house was absolutely perfect. We walked to most places all week!

Great Location, Great Host!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway with friends, family and our two dogs. Only a couple blocks from Rehoboth Avenue and the beach. Christy was very responsive, and the house was well suited for our multi-generational group with bedrooms upstairs and down. Our dogs were the stars of the show, and there was everything at the house already that we needed for them and for us. Having the linens included was a real plus.

Lovely little home

After a nearby hotel made a mistake with my room, I contacted the owner and she responded immediately and allowed me to check in last minute. This quaint home is in a perfect location situated between Dewy Beach and a very short walk to downtown Rehoboth. Adorable home that was very comfortable and the host was lovely.

Comfortable and great location

We loved our time at this home. Parking and location makes it very easy to get around by car or walking. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable for a relaxing time. Perfect beach cottage

A cozy Rehoboth beach cottage that has the feel of a family home with everything you need for a wonderful Rehoboth vacation. My family of 6 adults stayed and had plenty of room for both gathering together and getting quiet time alone. I can't think of a thing we needed that the house didn't have. The location was a quick walk to Rehoboth Ave shops and about a 5-10 min walk to the beach. We would love to return here for our next trip to Rehoboth!

GREAT location!

A short stay for my sister and our teenage kids - location is amazing, owners were very communicative, and everything was in order when we arrived. House is adorable and just what we needed. Only issue - we had a fuse blow in an outlet when I plugged in a hair dryer, but the owner answered our call immediately and they came out to fix right away. Would stay again (and if you haven't been to Rehoboth, it's the best!!)

Mini-vacation

Pretty much everything we needed for a nice (partial) week at Rehoboth with our son, daughter-in-law and sixteen month old grandson. Property owner provided child items. Home was plenty roomy and well-supplied.

Great Property

Can’t say enough good things about this home! We had plenty of space for our small family, including a great deck to spend our evenings and an adorable sun porch for morning coffee. The proximity to town and the beach made for easy walks. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including items for our toddler. The host was incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great rental, great location

We stayed here with our family - 3 kids and a dog. House was perfect - great size, all things we needed. Kids loved the outside shower after the beach each day. Great location walkable to everything including restaurants, the beach and the boardwalk. While the beach is walkable, with beach gear we wish we had brought a wagon. We found it easiest to drive to the beach and drop our things (chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc.) with the kids/one parent, then send the other back with the car to walk solo to the beach from the house. Perhaps a novice move, and not a big deal generally given the closeness to the beach - but just for future renters to know: bring your wagon! :)

Convenient location

Cottage was comfortable and cute. Ideal location for accessing the beach, town and boardwalk. Cottage had 4 bedrooms each with Air conditioning in the bedrooms. One other A/C window unit was in the family room. All other areas of the house had no A/C. Kitchen had all new appliances including a new washer and dryer and stocked with all of the essentials you need to cook. Rental did not come with and you should know to bring: Beach Chairs Beach Towels Toilet paper-other than 2 provided Paper Towel-only 1 provided Garbage Bags-3 provided Bath Soap for Showers-No soap provided Brillo-None provided and difficult to clean pots without. Owner was totally responsive to all questions. Unit was cleaned upon arrival but more attention to detail of clean should happen. Some mouse droppings in a lot of the cabinets, spider nest of some sort in the bathroom fan, a bit more dusting would have been nice.
