    Spectacular ocean views await from this unit in the exclusive North Shores community at 21 Ocean Drive. Enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the beach and ocean from the private balcony.
    Take advantage of easy access to Cape Henlopen State Park, the vibrant coastal town of Rehoboth Beach, outlet shopping, and a wide selection of fine dining options. Community amenities (with a $100 fee) include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, marina, and a pier for kayak and canoe launching.

    Bedding- 1 King, 2 Bunk Beds- (4 Singles)

    This home is pet-friendly and welcomes your four-legged companions for an additional $200 non-refundable fee per pet. At this time, only dogs are permitted, with a maximum of one dog allowed.

    A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $163.50.

    All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
