"The property seems well-maintained from the outside and the lobby area was clean/fresh smelling. Unfortunately that’s where the cleanliness ends, though. The room itself was not to our standard and was quite gross. We always travel with Lysol wipes and make it a point to wipe down surfaces whenever we check-in to a hotel, but we were shocked at how dirty the wipes were. It doesn’t appear the rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each guest. The bedding was definitely not washed recently and overall the room had a very bad smell which likely was due to the strong small of cigarettes that lingered through the hallways. We had to leave the windows open and buy a can of air freshener from the Dollar Tree located beside the property and tbh that didn’t help much. Additionally, this property is more like an extended stay establishment than a hotel, so just be mindful of this when booking. The room above us was very loud and there were kids jumping around at all hours. Personally, I would not stay here again or at any of their properties for that matter. "

"This little place is quite nice. Nicely furnished with most everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The private road needs some repair but it doesn’t detract from the house. The place is on a canal with opportunity for fishing. The owners are very friendly and if there are any issues they are quick to get them solved. "

"The bungalow was just what my family was looking for after spending a few days at Disney. The check in was easy and efficient and the bungalow was very clean. DeeDee provides all the basic essentials which you typically do not get in any other rental. My daughter loved the pool and you can not beat the view. "

"A second floor 2BR/1Bath large unit just off US19 in Hudson Beach, one block in and quiet. Unit has everything you require, comfortable bedding, large couches, large very Living Room, adequate kitchen with modern W/D, Smart TV and sound bar. Immediately next door is Hudson Beach Ice Cream Store which is a gem, been there for years. Hudson beach walkable nearby, mind you not a lot of sand but I was there on business. Virtually every fast food/grocery/Walmart within a few minutes drive. James replies rapidly to your messages. This village north of Port Richey is a mix of old Florida and new. Great value. "
