An Exceptional Hotel - Hospitality at Its Finest It was a privilege to have stayed here. The stunning lobby and beautiful restaurant create an atmosphere of sophisticated elegance. But what truly distinguishes this hotel is its remarkable staff. The level of hospitality is outstanding - gracious, attentive, and genuinely caring. Throughout my entire stay, I felt completely looked after, with every need met with warmth and professionalism. I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. An unforgettable stay, and a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. My sincere appreciation to the entire staff for making my visit so exceptional. Impeccable design and awesome staff. The grounds are great and very well maintained, and the whole place feels peaceful. The pools were amazing. We hiked down to the well-maintained trails and waterfalls—really special. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The hotel was clean and neat, the staff was very friendly and helpful, it is an old building but well maintained, the food at the bar was good but a bit pricey, the drinks were quite expensive also, free breakfast was included and was pretty good, there was free secured underground parking but not recommended for large vehicles. This hotel/casino is a adults only spot that is guest friendly, I would definitely book this hotel again.
