「It was 9 of us!! We had so much fun!! There was an issue, but Beth was ON IT!! I reached out to her and she got it taken care of!! With a knock on the door her maintenance team came in and troubleshot the tv, Beth brought a replacement for the Roku that went out, and they stayed and got it up and running!!ALL 9 of us were able to enjoy ourselves in the commons area with the tv, music, & board games!!It was a much needed family gathering!! Thank You for helping us make our stay memorable!!」
