「The staff are very welcoming. Check-in was fast. Morning staff gave us breakfast bag to go because we left early morning. The shuttle driver was promptly on time for pickup and helpful. The room was clean. Only one small problem: the room was slightly cold, so I tried to turn on the heater. But the air came out of the heater smell like urine. There was dry residue on the heater surface. I turned off the heater and opened the window to air out the small. 」

「空港に近いホテルですが、バスタオルは1枚ですが使用済みがそのまま。2Fに宿泊でしたが、3Fの音が非常にうるさかった。搭乗時間の関係で1泊だけの宿泊でしたので、利便性を求めたらしょうがないかなと。空港近くなので、パイロットや客室乗務員が多くいました。」

「We originally planned for 7 people and two dogs but due to a death in our family we were reduced to 4 people. House was very cute and had plenty of room. Beds were comfy and kitchen had what we needed. We were very close (walking distance) to the pool and splash pad however once we walked over we were informed for the littles in swim dipers the pool would not be open during our stay which meant we had to drive almost 6 miles to another location, huge disappointment, but something our owner...

「This is our second stay and we’ll be back. Beautiful home with a great layout for 3 adults and 2 kids. Home has all the necessities and is within walking distance to one of Eagle Crest’s rec centers and pond that was great for kids to fish! Also great location within resort for access to Redmond & Sisters. Melissa is amazing at communicating and was so flexible when we needed to extend our stay last minute to accommodate our son’s tournament schedule. Highly recommend for your Eagle Crest stay! 」
