「Excellent!」

「The host is very attentive and check in was very easy. The issue we have with this property is the location which is not in the control of the host. The property was basic and clean. As another review states, if you know the neighborhood then you know what to expect. So, if someone does not know the neighborhood, check Google Earth to see more of the surrounding streets and buildings. In addition, the listing says "Parking on site" but the only parking was the street. We did not stay and found...

「This host was incredibly responsive to last minute issues that arose, such as the battery for the number lock entry being low, which was fixed right away. This host provided nice touches, such as complimentary toiletries and items that you only expect in a hotel, such as garbage bags, diswasher tabs, and paper towels. They also decorated for the holiday! The home was comfortable and the host was pleasant and communicative. 」

「This was my second time staying here. The apartment was immaculately clean and the owner was both professional and personal! The apartment had all the comforts of home, from coffee and snacks in the kitchen to self-care items (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, etc). Truly a hidden gem, close to shopping, restaurants, and highways! 」

「We had an excellent stay at this home. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the fire bit which would have been fun. A great home to spend Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. 」
