「We booked a room for 4pm . They barely started cleaning it. We had to wait. When we finally made it to the room, exhausted from a 11 hour drive. The fridge and bathroom fan was not working and we had to call maintenance. We had a great size balcony, but it was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves. To be able to sit on the chairs... 3rd time there and had issues every time.」

「The salt water pool was out of commission. The pool Was one of our reasons for picking this property. We were given no notice that it was under repair.」

「No ac, just open air w the balcony and air purifier. Fireplace worked, As Paris Hilton says, “It’s Beyond”. Meaning, the stay and experience was over the top amazing! Cleanliness, the staff, (check in) I forgot her name but she was super polite, understanding, helpful and pleasant. We have never stayed at a hotel like this, it was a whole new experience of high class. The hotel itself was super clean, our room was very beyond! Clean and soft sheets, towels, floor, furniture, very comfortable...

「Nice hotel. Bed as so uncomfortable. It angled so you rolled to middle. Too firm. Rest of room was great. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good.」
