Was clean, staff were great. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Breakfast was awful. Didn’t end up eating anything either day. Only dry cereal, coffee and yogurt. No fruit or muffins.

We do provide complimentary continental style "grab and go" breakfast items between 6am and 10 am. These items include coffee, cereals, yogurt, muffins, milk and juices. We are happy to hear you were satisfied with the staff and the cleanliness of your room. We hope to have another chance to prove your stay an even more enjoyable one.

I had no working lights in my bathroom for 3 days in a row as well as no housekeeping. When light issues were brought to thier attention it wasnt addressed that night or passed onto day shift, i let day shift know, again nothing done, day 3 i brought it up again b4 i left for the day. I called on my way back to hotel, asked if my lights were fixed yet and if the room had been cleaned, the lady on the phone said yes everything has been addressed and done. I go up to my room happy to not shower in the dark anymore, and yep..room still unattended to, no towels, soap, or shampoo left. And still no lights. I went back downstairs asked for another room at least since the staff at this hotel either do not care or are completely and incompetent, (clearly all 3) she would not give me another room she just told me to go shower in the dark again. It wasnt untill the morning of day 4 when i came across a manager who was quick to address the issue, even offered a room change. I get it, things happen utilities burn out whatever, the worst part of this hotel hands down is the incompetence of the staff. 3 nights showering in the dark and no room service, and no refund or discount for those nights offered, just take my money and thats it.

Hello Steve, your feedback in very important to us. We have investigated your concerns, and have reviewed our policies with staff. It is our policy to offer to move guests when unforeseen situations like this occur. often guests refuse to move rooms when offered by staff. Unfortunately in your situation it was not a simple light bulb change, as the whole fixture needed to be replaced. We were able to replace the fixture and you were offered to move rooms multiple times.

Upon Check in neither my Credit Card, debit Card and my husbands Credit card or debit card would work. We only had 100.00 in cash on us therefore was impossible to check in.. Clerk finally accepted our 100.00 and told her I was phoning Visa immediately. Did so and nothing was wrong with any of our cards. Visa said it must the property machine not work. Rightly so as we never had anymore trouble anywhere else. I found this to be very embarrising. The clerk at the counter was very nice though.

Holes in the doors and blinds, screens ripped, tons of stains on the carpet and bedspread, tub is clogged and a 5 minute shower left me standing in 3 inches of water. Honestly the entire bulding needs to be demolished

This is hard to rate as the staff was incredibly pleasant and very helpful and I was so grateful for them. The room was unfortunately not very comfortable to stay in as there were hairs and stains on the bed, the toilet didn’t flush very well, the fridge stunk of rotten food previously in there, and the heat wouldn’t work at all, I froze all night as I slept between my own two blankets under the bed covers. And the door had a huge gap under it so you could hear anything outside in the hallways. It was very sad for this to be the experience in the room as again, my experience with the staff and their over and above help was a pleasure. Hoping they can find a way to upgrade their cleanliness to match their superb staff!

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The smoke alarm went off around 6:30am two nights in a row. My room was dirty with clumps of hair in my bed. My blanket felt like thick sandpaper when I requested a new one, it was worse than the first. The key cards didn’t work, and an employee had to escort every to their room and then them in. Room service never came. When I asked for 2 towels at the front desk, they weren’t sure if they had anymore. The breakfast was pretty sad and usually things were out. There was no fruit. Just toast, cereal, yogurt and packaged muffins. They did allow pets so we are thankful for that. If they want to stay in business, they need to improve on some key areas.

The gentlemen that booked me in was awesome. Between Expedia, the hotel and other booking agencies the hotel was over booked. We waited for a room. The room keys didn’t work at all, ever. The receptionists had to let us into our room when ever we needed in. The rooms are dated the top covers were stained, the rug was stained. At 7 am the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason. If it wasn’t for the lack of available rooms in red deer I woulda cancelled and went else where.

Room keys didn’t work. They said there key machine was down and they couldn’t make keys so every time we needed in we had to wait for someone to let in. Tv didn’t work. No remote and you could do it manually as every time you hit the volume button it asked to change the input. We were told by the front desk there were no remotes in any of the rooms and none of the TV’s worked. This I found out was a lie as everyone one we asked had remotes and working TV’s. Light bulbs were burnt out, rigs were badly stained. There was a large hole in our bathroom door and the top covers of our beds were stained and tattered. The floor of the room was very cold and drafty.

You get what you pay for. Bathroom toilet didn’t flush, noisy most of the night, garbage on the elevator, and I’m pretty sure there was blood smeared on the TV. It’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting for my $50 deposit to be returned. The only good thing about this place is as the fact that I was only there for 8 hours, checked in at 11 and left at 7. So happy to leave this place

Poor check in. Very long wait. Blamed on “new system “. Keyed room doors didn’t work. Had to be unlocked by the single front desk person who is already overloaded with a computer system that isn’t working. Hotel built in front of huge shopping complex parking area.

Parking lot in front was dark. Holes in doors and walls through out. Stains on all sheets in two different rooms I was in because the toilet didnt work in the first one. I slept in my clothes on top of the blankets. An array of interesting people either staying or coming and going during the night.
