The staff is very unprofessional. The man in the desk has no respect for guests and doesn’t wanna work properly. They don’t change the towels and they are often out of the desk and don’t open the gate.

O quarto estava ótimo, aconchegante, lençóis e toalhas limpas, estava tudo ok, equipe da recepção bem gentil e sempre atendendo bem.
