I just stayed at this hotel for two nights as I have been travelling around trying out different hotels and resorts. I didn’t read any reviews as I was in a rush, booked last minute and wanted something affordable for my girlfriend and I. The hotel is quite isolated and a good ten minutes from the beach. They have annoying music playing all day and it’s aimed at family’s so quite noisy with kids screaming and playing in the pool etc . It didn’t help that my room was right next to the pool. For me the deal breaker was the tv, no smart channels and only Brazilian channels to watch , so at night there is absolutely nothing to watch apart from Brazilian news and soap operas. Also they didn’t serve orange juice one morning or pao queijo at breakfast which is quite strange . It’s also situated down an old cobble road a fair distance from The main road. If you are Brazilian , have kids and on a budget it’s a nice hotel , but if you are foreign, young , have a girlfriend or single don’t even think about staying here.

Otima estadia..

Hotel com um excelente custo benefício, quartos grandes, café da manhã muito bom, com uma tapioca maravilhosa. Não é pe na areia, mas com ótimo acesso ate a praia e serviço de praia (cadeiras e guarda sol). Longe do centro, necessário ir de carro, mas sabiamos disso na hora da reserva. Recomendo o hotel

Nossa estadia em Porto de Galinhas foi excelente! O hotel é muito bom, a hospedagem super confortável e o serviço impecável. Os funcionários foram extremamente prestativos em todos os atendimentos, sempre atenciosos e cordiais. A comida estava deliciosa e o café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos, com bastante variedade e qualidade. As piscinas também merecem destaque: muito boas e sempre limpas. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e certamente voltaremos!

Deixou muito a desejar, estive la com minha mae e meu filho e nao fomos tratados bem. Atendente da recepção ao inves de resolver os problemas da troca de toalhas queria discutir e procurar ter razão, atrasando nosso passeio. As porções das refeições não correspondem à quantidade informada no cardápio, são muito pequenas e mal servem duas pessoas conforme informado, apenas o valor que cobram é referente a dois. Melhor procurar refeições em outros restaurantes, pois alem de melhor servidas, tem mais qualidade e sabor. Muita ma vontade dos funcionários em geral, falta de empatia total com crianças, e ma vontade em esquentar a papinha do meu filho (TEA). Parece que os funcionarios trabalham insatisfeitos e nao tem prazer no que fazem, nao tem satisfação em agradar o hóspede, mas sim tratar o hospede com frieza, rispidez e ma vontade. Nao vale o valor da diaria diante das inumeras opcoes de estadia em Porto de Galinhas, onde o hospede pode ser melhor recebido e tratado. As instalações são ok, mas senti que falta cuidado nas piscinas e não vi nenhum socorrista ou algo parecido.

Muito boa, o hotel era mais bonito que nas fotos. Tem uma praia a 300 metros do hotel, super seguro ir andando e chegando lá, havia guarda sol e cadeiras para aproveitar a vista. Recomendo e pretendo voltar lá outras vezes.

Uma boa estadia

Quanto amplo, cama boa, café da manhã muito bom, só a acústicas do quarto voltado pra piscina ñ é bom (ouve-se todo o movimento lá de fora), próximo à praia onde a mesma tem cadeiras e guarda sol a disposição, estacionamento amplo, funcionários cordiais, piscinas bem limpas. Recomendo e voltarei.

Hotel bom, mais tinha uma expectativa maior.

O Hotel atende na média, pelo valor da diária esperava mais, a localização é um pouco distante sendo necessário ir de carro para outros lugares, como o hotel é um pouco distante além de oferecer o café da manhã já incluso na estadia, eles vendem almoço e jantar, que na minha opinião está com o preço um pouco acima do praticado em outros restaurantes na cidade e quantidade da porção servida menor que em outros restaurantes, a equipe de limpeza muito hospitaleira, no geral o hotel é uma opção porém eu esperava mais.
