the room had a very strong smell of disinfectant, to camouflage the musty smell, I had to wash all my clothes, suitcases, backpacks as the smell was very strong of mold.

Pra começar estão de parabéns pois meu voou foi antecipado e cheguei antes do horário previsto pra chek in . Perguntei se poderia deixar minha bagagem na recepção, mais graças a Deus tinha quarto disponível. Nada a reclamar. Café da manhã com variedade todos os dias. Funcionários educados e solícitos .

Péssimas condições do hotel, quarto com cheiro de mofo, corredores mofados, uso de detergente com cheiro de pinho por todo o hotel para tentar demonstrar o cheiro de mofo, sem identificação para não perturbar, arrumadeiras sem horário certo para arrumar, atrapalhando o descanso do fim da tarde. Goteiras e janelas com problemas. Não retorno mais para este hotel.

Das Hotel Golden Park kenne ich seit vielen Jahren (es hatte früher den Namen „Boa Viagem Praia Hotel“). Was ich jedoch von Expedia nicht verstehe und in hohem Maße als unseriös empfinde, ist Ihr Angebot vom Zimmern für Euro 23 ( heute bei einem Test Euro 27) und beim Buchen erscheinen plötzlich Euro 58 (ohne irgendeine sichtbare Erklärung). Es war mir eine Lehre, so dass ich nie wieder über Expedia buchen werde. Rüdiger Fritz H

Boa estadia.

Acredito que no geral, foi boa. Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, com estado de conservação um pouco desfasado, a experiência foi boa. Tivemos alguns imprevistos como o frigobar que dê gelava, acumulando água; ar condicionado que, apesar das boas condições, pingava água todo tempo e encontramos uma barata andando pelo quarto. Café da manhã muito bom e excelente pressão e temperatura da água do chuveiro. Na hora do check out, enquanto agiardavamos o carro de aplicativo fomos importunados por um cidadão que tentou nos assaltar. Falta uma segurança na porta do hotel também durante o dia, já que a orla de Boa Viagem é bem precária.

Péssima estadia

Faltou toalha todos os dias no quarto, sem falar que elas tinham mal cheiro. Ficamos 1 dia (24h) sem água quente. Demoravam p fazer reposição dos itens no café da manhã. Omelete cobrado à parte. O elevador estragou comigo e duas crianças dentro. O elevador ficou parado por 1 dia. Cama desconfortável.

O melhor do hotel foram os funcionários (a excessão de 1 rapaz do café da manhã, ríspido e insosso) da recepção em especial Marcilene muito competente. No quarto o Box para banho muito apertado, precisam rever isso! No mais café da manhã muito bom e acomodações limpas e sem mofo! Estacionamento apertado e rotativo para 6 carros. Agradeço a simpatia e atenção de todos pois sanavam os problemas que apareciam !
