A comfortable and cozy retreat by the sea.

The house is divided into two main modules, totaling approximately 426.00 m², spread over a land of 1. 500.00 m², with 83.00 m in length. The house, the main property is large and like a good beach house, it has a front terrace with 78.00 m², of which 24.00 m² are uncovered, giving space to accommodate a large round table and a great umbrella. On the ground floor there is the living / dining room, with several rooms, including the TV room, kitchen, which includes two refrigerators, a freezer, water freezer and shelves with all the necessary utensils, in addition to a four-burner stove, bathroom social and three suites, service terrace and maid's quarters. Upstairs are three more suites, all very comfortable. To supply the house there is a lower water tank with 6. 000.0 L and an upper one with 8. 000.0 L. In the eastern part of the land, a pleasant hut with 42.00 m² of area, provides great space for good living. In its front part there is a space with a duplex refrigerator and a counter with a sink. And behind it, a bathroom with a toilet bowl and a sink, and separately a shower head to soften the heat and rejuvenate the soul. There are installation handles for three nets. The hut has an upper water tank with 1,000.0 L, supplied by a pot with abundant drinking water, with sufficient capacity to supply the entire house. There is also a 3.00 m diameter swimming pool with deck, which can be the fun of the kids. Between the house and the hut there is an immense space with white sand of grassy beach for the practice of soccer, volleyball and various games. Between land and sea a vast expanse of land, with native vegetation, gives a special and bucolic touch. In the service area, the maid's quarters accommodates a suite, apart from that, a handful of cooks, to serve delicious regional dishes. However your services as a cook are not in the package. Its hiring depends solely on it. It is noteworthy that all six suites have air conditioning, while in the living room three fans give softness to the climate at any time.

Carnaval durante a Pandemia

A casa é maravilhosa. Enorme, beira mar, com muito espaço externo para realização de atividades recreativas. O mar na frente da casa é maravilhoso, com piscinas naturais. A atenção do anfitrião e da caseira foi ótima. Antes, durante e depois da nossa estadia. Percebemos alguns problemas apenas com a manutenção e limpeza dos ar condicionados. Sentimos falta apenas de um wifi na casa, visto que alguns de nós tínhamos atividades de trabalho e estudo devido à suspensão do feriado de carnaval em função da Pandemia. No mais, a experiência foi maravilhosa!

A casa alugada é muito boa, grande e acomoda tranquilamente 20 pessoas (tamanho do meu grupo), ideal para famílias ou grupo de amigos. Fica bem pertinho do mar, com um nascer do sol mais lindo que já vi. Vizinhança tranquila. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a comunicação no início devido problemas do site, mas solicitamos o telefone de seu Amaury e conseguimos entrar em contato com ele tranquilamente. O anfitrião é muito atencioso, sempre atendia a todas ligações e nos prestou todo o apoio necessário. No site não está a localização correta da casa mas com o auxílio de senhor Amaury e da caseira Quel que é uma senhora maravilhosa conseguimos chegar lá tranquilos e aproveitar nosso feriado de fim de ano, Além disso, seu Amaury foi muito solícito e flexível com os horários de check-in e check-out. Recomendo demais !
