Nice apartments … clean and location is great Put in mind that apartments are different. I tried 4 of them during my (over 30-night) stay .. I liked number 5 which is one bedroom, others are ok but this is the best apart from the looong stairs (no elevator) I had a water leakage after the rain coming from the sealing lights all over my personal stuff and the fixed it quickly .. but I asked for compensation and they didn’t compensate me

The apartment is in incredible condition, a real credit to the company letting it out. Couldn't ask for much more while staying away from home. And will be booking the apartment for the rest of my time working in Reading

Good apartment, poor housekeeping.
The apartment was well appointed, central and comfortable. However, as I use a cane, I did not realise the apartment being on the third floor had no lifts. The apartment was supposed to be cleaned every Friday, I arrived on a Tuesday and left 11 nights after on a Saturday. The first Friday, the cleaners said they'll return, they didn't and on the second they never came. Apart from that, the apartment had all modern conveniences and the wireless internet service was top quality.

Close to the city and no lift. Not very clean room and air condition not working some timet.
