9.2/10 Wonderful! (250 reviews)
Staff not particularly helpful .. room was quite dark or very bright with the overhead lights. We thought it was supposed to be a 4 star but was definitely only a 3 at best . No breakfast option either . Will not go back and we do not recommend for a stay...!.......

8.2/10 Very Good! (906 reviews)
Two night stay after landing in Tirana late at night.
This hotel is clearly just treading water until the new IHG building is opened. Location is 10/10. Rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff are great. Breakfast was mediocre.
Okay for a night or two maybe, but definitely not worth the money we paid via Expedia.

7.8/10 Good! (26 reviews)
"This is a one star hotel. The people were very nice but the hotel was a mess. There was no warm water, the bathroom floor did not drain. The room I paid for in the photo was twice the price of what I got. There was a much nicer hotel across the street for the same price, so I recommend staying there ..."
