「The hotel is very nice, and the staff helpful, when they are there. My daughter's room's toilet clogged at 7:00 PM and she had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come from another location to fix it. I realize that that is not long, but it would be helpful if someone was inhouse. I wish I had known there was no elevator before I went.」

「Room was good. The noise from the illegals that were being housed there, was ridiculous at night. When I spoke to the night desk clerk to address the matter, seeing they were being loud at 1130 at night, he did nothing and felt it wasn't an issue that pertained to him. 」

「The house was so clean, furniture looked new. House is centrally located so easy to get to the city. Check in process was easy and having a parking spot was very important. 」

「We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived. During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound.
