"Easy to find just off the motorway, with plenty of parking. Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and terrace. The room was excellent having recently been refurbished. Also it had an iron & board which I like to have. The only thing was that the AC periodically made an awful rumbling noise. I probably should have mentioned it. Personally I really dislike the tiny cartons of milk you get for tea/coffee but I realise it’s pretty much the norm. I asked for a small jug of milk from the restaurant. Staff were friendly and food was very good. The breakfast selection was very varied and seemed to have everything you’d want."
