ŠEJN Kopaonik is a 4-level private mountain villa, built in both traditional and modern style.
Surrounded by a deep pine and birch forest at 1450m above sea level, the villa offers a unique place for a hedonistic experience. The current capacity is 20 people.
There are 7 available apartments with 4 fully furnished bathrooms, a big living room with a large kitchen, fireplace, a winter lounge, and a stunning summer terrace with unprecedented views reaching towards the Prokletije mountain.

Please note*: While the villa consists of 7 bedrooms/apartments, our House Policy advocates for a one-group-only / multiple friend/family groups policy - therefore we do not rent out separate apartments for different groups of guests / smaller number of people - after booking our property you have the entire villa to yourself and occasionally, if possible, we endorse Small Group Size discount policy for the rental of our villa to smaller groups. Therefore, we do not rent out apartments separately and there will be no external guests during your stay in Kopaonik.

The villa includes everything necessary for a comfortable short-term or long-term stay - bed linens, pillows, blankets, toiletry essentials, kitchen ingredients, cutlery, BBQ set, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

1) Fireplace is the main source of heating in the villa followed by the central heating system and floor heating. If the fireplace is well-maintained and lit up properly, the temperature can easily reach up to 40 degrees Celsius. If guests are feeling cold, it is most likely the fireplace is not being looked after properly. Fireplace wood is provided at all times and guests are expected to bring it by the fireplace. It is also possible to hire a private concierge at a 100 EUR daily fee to take care of the wood and fireplace should guests wish to relax and not think of maintaining the fire in the fireplace.

2) The villa is located 150 m uphill walk from the main road.
Public (free of charge) parking is located 150 m from the property and is subject to availability; while our team assists you with luggage transportation during check-in and check-out.

Luggage and belongings are transported with our GMC Jimmy jeep during check-in and check-out and the service is included in the booking price.

3) There is a grocery store approximately 400m away from the property for basic shopping and essentials, while the bigger supermarkets can be found in the central area of Konaci (MAXI and IDEA) - located merely 3.5 km from the villa.

4) 24/7 Private concierge and private chauffeur available at a 200 EUR daily fee.

5) We can accommodate every possible request upon asking.
