We went with 2 other families for our 3rd time and it is a great destination for short breaks. Lots for the kids to do and plenty of space. Buffet could be better is the only lower mark I would give.

We had a great stay at Rixos Ras Al Khaimah. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team and the bar staff who were quick and efficient even when it was busy. There are lots of pools to choose from, which was fantastic, and the buffet had a really good variety of food. The only downsides were that the rooms in the main hotel felt a bit dated, and there was no food or drinks service on the beach despite being told at reception that there would be. It was quite inconvenient having to walk about 6/7 minutes each way to get water or drinks, especially with little kids. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel overall — great service, good facilities, and a relaxing stay.

Fantastic resort and great value for money. The staff were all amazing - friendly, helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. The all-inclusive food and drink were good quality, and there were plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy between meals. The resort is a short taxi ride away from several shopping malls and hypermarkets, and whilst it's a long drive from major airports it's worth the journey if you want somewhere a bit calmer than Dubai but with the same level of luxury.

as Hotel location Building and facility was perfect and very Nice , i can proudly say one of best Hotel i visited in Ras Al Khaimah But the only problem in my opinion you are missing managers in ground to manage the stuff , stuff is available but they need a manager to organize and guide there work and scope of job

Staff were amazing - so eager to help, polite and bent over backwards to make our stay so great. Rooms were good quality and quiet in our location. Food was excellent especially at the Turkish and Steakhouse. However the new booking system means you have an internet scrabble at 9am to book the restaurants and they were all technically booked in 10 seconds. However, in reality they were deserted so we found our way around the system! Only negative was that it was full of rude Russians and there was no bar waiter on the beach. However, would definintely consider returning

What an amazing hotel, we had a great stay. The hotel is lovely although we thought the rooms need refreshing they are kept nice and clean. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. The gardens are gorgeous and very well maintained. A few swimming pools all nice and clean. We had a small issue with the room and Prakash from reception, in a great professional manner, did everything he can and more to ensure resolving that issue for us. Thank you Prakash 🙏 His colleague Dally was also very nice and helpful. Thank you Dally 🙏 In general, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, which really made this hotel stand out compared to many other 5 star hotels around the world we have stayed at. Mohamed Ali by the pool was giving all guest including us a true 5 star service every single day! Very professional, extremely attentive and helpful! Thank you Mohamed Ali🙏 Another great member of the staff was Basil at the buffet restaurant. He was there as soon as we sat down making sure we have everything we need. All the waiters there were really nice and good but Basil stood out with going an extra mile to provide excellent service. Thank you Basil 🙏 I am not one to write reviews, in fact I never do, but this time I feel that the staff and especially the above mentioned members of the staff really contributed to our fantastic experience at this fabulous hotel that I could just not go without sharing this and recognise the amazing service we received from the staff.

Hotel was not ready for our large group of 40 people. Most of us got our room away after the 3pm check-in time and then there were various problems within the rooms mainly that of lack of hot water! Eventually all sorted and we enjoyed the rest of our time. The buffet is vast but it would be nice to have a bit more variety of vegetarian options other than salad and an Indian corner.

Other Rixos are better then this branch

Old building, carpet smell , needs lots of modifications. It’s like 3-4 star Other Rixos i have stayed are much better quality and cleaner.
