Really pleasant stay - lovely beach and outdoor facilities, great restaurants, nice rooms. Only negative was the children running and screaming in the corridors at 1am… not something you should blame the property for, but certainly some of the all-inclusive customers are lacking certain basic manners…

The first thing that strikes you is the multi national staff that all share the pride in THEIR Hotel. They are all motivated and importantly try to remember your names, making everyone feel important. Great location and wonderful beach. We went to Mövenpick Luxor 38 years, once I realized this was near to Ras Al Khaimah there was no other option for me. Still worth the visit, bravo team 👏

Rooms are not soundproof, it is very noisy inside the room which is not nice. Check-in process was slow and it took 45 minutes to get our luggage in the room. Beside that, good food at Noons, breakfast is also good. Pool is great.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly ( Camile was very helpful ) The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities, which made my stay feel luxurious and relaxing. The highlight of my stay, however, was the breakfast. It was simply outstanding! The variety and quality of the food were exceptional. From freshly baked pastries and a wide selection of fruits to made-to-order omelets and perfectly brewed coffee, every morning was a delightful culinary experience. The dining area was also charming and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere, Anik was very supportive and always ready to fulfill any request. Overall, my stay at Mövenpick Marjan exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, quality service, and an amazing breakfast. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

While the hotel is new , they still have a lot of work to do on their staff and service. I had a negative experience where the room I booked (2 double beds) was not available , and the front desk staff kept insisting that a Sofa Bed is the same as a double bed, then they tried to charge me for an additional room so I can get the second bed. They were more concerned about resolving their internal booking issues than solving my issue… I waited for a very long time, with a very argumentative front desk person until my issue was finally resolved. The hotel in general is nice , however, basic. Much more options on Marjan Island that offer much more, like a water park for kids, and better dining options

Disappointing

Disappointing Experience That Doesn’t Match the Price I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience fell well below expectations — especially given the price point, which is considerably higher than many nearby alternatives. To start, the TV wouldn’t connect to my mobile device, which was frustrating since I often stream my own content while traveling. Even after contacting the staff and involving IT support, the issue remained unresolved until 2 attempts with IT lost a day in between. The dinner menu offered very limited food variations, making it repetitive and uninspiring, especially for longer stays. On top of that, room service was consistently slow, taking 30 to 40 minutes for even basic requests, which significantly impacted convenience. One of the biggest disappointments was that the fridge in the room didn’t even cool, making it useless for storing drinks or snacks — something I expect as a basic amenity. Overall, for the premium price being charged, the hotel doesn’t deliver value. There are other nearby hotels offering better service, food variety, and functioning amenities at a more reasonable cost. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless improvements are made.
