「A great place for a family holiday with all you need. Restaurant was top notch for breakfast with something for everyone. Beachside room was basic for the price but quiet most of the time. Beach next door was a better option for us as a busy time of year in August and hotel beachfront very busy with families. Enjoyed the cocktail hour and nibbles. Bus comes into the entrance of hotel every 30 minutes, which is great and no car needed but $5 for each trip so for a family car hire may be more...

「Our room with a pool was lovely. Entrance and driveway in need of a makeover. Breakfast was average as some days food not replenished so ended up going to a cafe and paid for breakfast.」

「Staff were very friendly. The property was always clean and tidy. Fantastic to have a room freshen every few days. Bar service earlier than 4 pm for the guests would be great, especially when they are lounging around the pool Parking was an issue due to the building works. Workers or visitors to the bar took the few spots available, leaving guests to park down the road.」

「Beautiful, well thought out and spacious villa.」

「Awesome place to stay away from the busy places like the big resorts. My wife and I will be going again. Amazing how close the everything is to this place and still quiet. So clean and well maintained. Beautiful spot easy access to the beach for snorkeling or staying in relaxing by the pool. Rob and Anna were so great to talk to and always willing to help. Ask Rob how to open a coconut serious skills 10/10 place to stay in Rarotonga」

「Beautiful property, well maintained and clean rooms. Excellent service and friendly staff. Beautiful ocean view.」

「This is a formal complaint about Palm Grove and its current manager (Betsy or Mama Tum). My wife and I arrived on 31st May 2026 planning to stay until 22nd June 2026. This is our second stay in Rarotonga, as this was a special occasion for my wife's 80th Birthday. We left early on the 10th June 2026, as we could no longer bare to stay any longer at this resort, so we returned to New Zealand. The accommodation itself (Superior Garden Room was very good). However, it became very clear early on...
